Our Story
From Family Homes to Nine Locations Strong
It started with the people they loved. Leo and Ruth Perez began cleaning for family and friends — homes where every surface mattered because the people inside mattered. There were no contracts, no logos, no fleet of vans. Just a couple who believed that the space around you shapes how you feel, how you work, and how you heal.
As word spread, so did the work. A family friend managed an office building. A neighbour ran a medical clinic. Each new space was bigger, the stakes were higher, but Leo and Ruth brought the same standard: clean it like it's home. They built a cleaning system pared down from healthcare and government policies — not because a client demanded it, but because that's how they were raised to do things. Properly.
Today, Golden Eagle Janitorial operates across nine locations spanning Metro Vancouver to the Fraser Valley. Fifteen dedicated team members. Five days a week. From corporate lobbies to post-construction sites, every job is still measured by the same question Leo and Ruth asked on day one: "Would we be proud to bring our family here?"
